The CBD Hemp Oil 101 Overview

People today are no longer willing to rely on pharmaceutical drugs for their care. We are concerned about the side effects and the high cost of drugs, especially seniors who are on fixed incomes. Alternative methods are not new but more than ever, we are looking into CBD and have so many questions surrounding it – what is it, is it harmful, will it make you high, is it legal.

The stigma once attached to CBD is no longer as prevalent as it once was and this book explains why.

This book covers all of these questions and more and is ideal for someone who knows little or nothing about CBD. It explains the difference between CBD and THC because there are still many people who automatically think “high” when they hear the word CBD or cannabis.

Rosenthal also goes on to tell you the many benefits of using CBD. It is an:

  • anti-inflammatory
  • antioxidant
  • analgesic
  • antidepressant
  • anti-tumoral
  • anti-psychotic
  • anxiolytic (reduce anxiety)

Many medical benefits are covered as well with a brief explanation of how CBD helps. These include, but are not limited to:

  • Inflammation
  • Nicotine withdrawal
  • Opioids withdrawal
  • Treatment of Epilepsy
  • Cancer
  • Anxiety disorders
  • Schizophrenia
  • Type – 1 Diabetes
  • Stimulates appetite
  • Acne
  • Alzheimer’s Disease
  • Loss of Appetite

CBD Hemp Oil is completely different from Hemp Seed Oil and Rosenthal will tell you why.

In addition to all this information, there is a brief history of Cannabis at the end of the book.

What I liked about the Book

The print is large and can be read in about an hour or less. It is easy to read, and in layman’s terms so you don’t have to be a doctor to understand what it is about.

Other topics covered include:

  • Factors for purchasing it
  • Different kinds of CBD Hemp oil
  • How to make it
  • Legality

What I didn’t like about the Book

The author is very transparent on where he gets his information and has sources to back it up, but there are no actual links or websites to go to. However, you can find this information just by googling.

So there really wasn’t anything I didn’t like. It is aimed towards the beginner. If you have lots of previous knowledge or have been using it for some time, then this book is not for you.

This book was copyrighted in 2018 so the information should be up to date.

If you know absolutely nothing about CBD oil and would like to, then this Guide is a good starting point for you.

I would rate this book as excellent because it is what it is: a beginner’s guide to CBD.
